In Pictures: Nor’easter hits Sandy Torn NY

After the monstrous Superstorm Sandy, Nor’easter hits the healing New York. The storm brought gusting winds, rain, snow and the threat of flooding. Just as the residents who suffered the Sandy was just rejoicing with the return of power, Nor’easter knocked the power out again.
