Hurricane Sandy: Death Toll in Caribbean Rises

As Americans are preparing for the incoming Hurricane Sandy, the death toll in the Caribbean had risen to 65.

51 were killed in Haiti where rain had been pouring down non-stop for three days. Most of them were from the Southern part of Haiti.

In Cuba, the death toll remains at 11.
