Learning at Pusat Sains Negara: In Pictures

Please read: A Day at Pusat Sains Negara

The Eureka corner…

We had to roll a ball into the finish hole by only moving the maze. It was a fun and challenging game…
My little brother (L), Me (middle) and my little sister (R) were playing music at the music section…

On the second floor, we went to the Dinosaurs Live! Exhibition…

The entrance to the Dinosaurs Live! Exhibition…

Then we went to the next exhibitions, Flight Thinking Machine and the Future World..

The entrance to the Flight, Thinking Machine and Future World exhibitions…
My sister (L) and I (R) were trying to fly the plane by using solar-power.
I (L) was pedaling the propeller plane
I (R) was controlling the space rover (in the glass case) to make it find something under the fake soil
A view from the second floor…

We then went back down and watch another Science Show…

The Liquid Nitrogen cloud was formed as the Liquid Nitrogen was mixed with boiling hot water thus, causing the Liquid Nitrogen to turn into gas…

And later moved on to the ‘Pathways to Science’…

I was reading the information about how the Universe was formed at the Astronomy corner…
My sister (R) was teaching us about the elements at the Chemistry corner…
I was taking a tour around Egypt’s Great Pyramids…
My Sister (R), me (middle) and my little sister (L) were pulling ourselves with the help of some pulleys…
My little brother (L) loaded a ball into an interesting machine as I launched a ball by using a piston. The machine was a machine where a lot of simple machines were combined together to make the balls travel around the machine.
Still using the same machine, I turned the gears to make the balls go up…
Still on the same machine, the balls roll down an incline plane.

Before exiting the building, we took a tour around Wonderspark and tried a lot of hands-on activities…

My little brother (2nd from left) played with a magical harp as it have no strings tied on it but can still make music. Of course it’s not real magic; It’s all Science…

Last but not least, we tried the Whispering Dish, the Echo Dome and the Rock Music…

My little brother and I were walking towards the Echo Dome as we had just finished communicating with my sister through the Whispering Dish
