On November 6th 2008, I turned eleven. We had a small celebration at home in the evening with my family.
My father bought my favourite pizzas 2 large New York Crust Pizza and 1 large Hawaiian Pizza from Dominos Pizza in Ampand Point. I like the original Italian pizza better.
After dinner I put on my best dress. It is a very beautiful white dress. I even wore my favourite crown. I felt like a princess.
I started to read the cards and later open the presents. I received lots and lots of presents from my parents, siblings and Nenek (my grandmother). I also received a special present from my best friend Maryam. I got a lot of story books, skirts, blousesand so on, but my favourite presents are the art and craft stuffs and two beauty sets; one from my mother and the other from my sister. They are so beautiful- with bracelet, earings, brooches, necklace and of course crowns!
We took a lot of pictures of pictures. then my sister and I cleaned up the whole mess that we made while my mother put my little brother to sleep since it was already past his bed time.
The next day, my father took us out to Secret Recipe for another birthday celebration. He even bought me a chocolate mist cake! Thank you Abah!
It was the best birthday ever. Now I’m preparing cards and presents for the next birthday girl. Wonder who? Well, you need to wait for my next post on December 5th 2008!
